If your product is in need of repair or recertification, X-Rite offers repair and recertification services for products that are under warranty, covered by a service contract or through a time and material charge.

Complete these 2 steps to obtain your RMA quickly.

  1. Have your appropriate payment method ready
  2. Complete the online RMA form

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required from X-Rite in order for you to return a unit for repair, replacement or recertification. X-Rite will provide you with a RMA number and shipping instructions. The RMA number must be prominently displayed on the shipping container and referenced on all correspondence pertaining to the returned product.
