Launching ColorChecker Passport software Errors

Launching ColorChecker Passport software but the program will not load and the error populates showing the following message:

To resolve this issue follow these steps:

• Open control panel and select "System " and then click on "Advanced System Settings"
• Click on the "Advanced" tab
• Click on the "Environment Variables" button at the bottom of the window
• Under System Variables click the New button
• For Variable Name type KMP_DUPLICATE_LIB_OK
• For Variable Value type TRUE
• Click OK and close all the windows
