Q: I received my dongle activation code several days ago.  Now when I try to use the code I find that it is not valid.

A: The Access and Activation Codes used to program a dongle are both time sensitive. They must be submitted and used within a week or they will no longer work. Note too that playing with the computers clock (setting to a different day) will also likely cause problems.

Use the built-in registration function within the software (e.g., MonacoPROFILER), it will provide us with the information we need to program your dongle.
