Q - The program has problems finding the Hardlock key since I installed another GretagMacbeth application?

A - Some older GretagMacbeth applications install an out-of-date Hardlock key driver. Please install the new driver from our GretagMacbeth Software Solution CD ("hldrv32.exe" in the directory "\Files\Hardlock")

Better yet use the click on the Related Support link below to get updated drivers from HASP.
