-The software says I'm not connected?

If you have used the ColorMunki on your computer in the past but now when you connect the device is not being recognized by the software this is something that we can usually resolve pretty quickly.  This can occur for a number of different reasons but most of the time is simply that USB ports tend to get confused and some times need our help.
