ColorMunki Photo is not the product of choice for use with a RIP. You might be able to print the charts as PDF however the results that we have received when profiling this way are not the best or most ideal profiles and have generated many errors during chart measurement.
While ColorMunki Photo is a great product printer profiling with this application is really designed for end users that are printing straight to the print driver for their home or work studios. You must be able to print directly to the printer driver as the charts are going through a rasterizing process. Workflows including RIP software programs that need to print through the RIP station really should be using a product such as the i1Profiler where these charts can be saved and then printed directly to the RIP.
