It is not possible to program a Monaco dongle without the CURRENT Access Code generated on your Mac or PC.  This code is machine specific!  When you first launch the Monaco software, you will be prompted to register. This will take you to a web form which will generate the serial number and Access Code for you.  Then when you submit the form to our web site, we can create a matching activation key for you.
