Q:  When I get to the last step (create profile) for my hp5500 inkjet, I get an error building the table. The error is #23. I have tried to save it in various folders, no antivirus, different names, have tried changing the settings in profiler, nothing works.  Help!

A:  An error #23 on the Macintosh platform usually indicates that the patch data is wildly irregular. This can happen if the patches/strips are measured in the wrong order or if the printer is not delivering ink consistently. It will also happen if you print out scrambled patches and measure them in unscrambled mode.
