In Windows there is a known issue with visual monitor calibration method on the initial v2.6.0 Windows release. These profiles will be rejected by Adobe software including Photoshop and Elements.

Basically the RGB phosphor values are written with all zeroes for the tristimulus values instead of the appropriate values. A service release (v2.6.2) has been made and a link to download it can be provided by App Support.
