If MonacoEZcolor is installed on a multi-user PC (Windows XP, Windows 2000, etc...), there are a couple things to be aware of:

1. The installer MUST be logged on with administrator rights on the PC to install.
2. The user MUST be logged on as the very same administrator to utilize the software. 
3. If the user is logged on as anyone but the administrator that installed, they will receive the following error while trying to open MonacoEZcolor. 
4. Do not reinstall the EZcolor.  Log on as the proper administrator and open EZcolor.  The program should open without errors.
