EZcolor can crash, when the scanned image, that will be loaded for profiling, has been saved as TIFF with a 'Per Pixel' channel order. With Photoshop CS it became possible to save a TIFF with an 'Interleaved' pixel order (RGBRGB) or with a 'Per Channel' pixel order (RRGGBB). EZcolor can only handle 'Interleaved' pixel order. To avoid a crash, please use this option to save your scanned images and load it in EZcolor.
