Folks who need this patch are those whose software checks for the presence (or absence) of the UV filter prior to measuring.  This new DTP70 plugin provides additional information to the calling software application.

PC:
Download and then extract the ZIP file to a temporary folder.
There are three files inside:

ColorLibIII.dll
DTP70.dll
pthreadVC.dll

Substitute these files for the like files within the application that you are using.  Generally these will be found at the root level folder of the application but this in not always the case.

OSX:
There are two files inside:

ColorLibIII.framework.tar
DTP70.framework.tar

These two files are also archive files and must be extracted, but not until they are on the target system. This will result in two folders of the same name. Substitute these folders for the like folders within the application that you are using. Generally these will be accessible only after right (control) clicking the application and choosing show package contents from the contextual menu. The frameworks usually are found within the frameworks folder which is inside the Contents folder.
