A: No. At this time (September 2008), the latest Release of Corel Draw does not support ICC 4 Profiles.  That said, in v1.1 of the ColorMunki software, users now have the ability to create either ICC V2 or ICC V4 profiles which will allow these profiles to be used in Corel Draw.  To change this setting simply go to File > Preferences on a PC or ColorMunki Photo > Preferences on a Mac.  Now you will just need to change the option from V4 to V2.
