Question: when I try to launch my ColorMunki (Photo) V 1.1.1 Software, my Windows XP, SP3, 32 bit system crashes. How can I solve this?

Answer: The crash seems to be related to a conflict with some DLLs installed by the EPSON 3000 printer driver. This driver installs a 'e_dmail11.dll' in the system's directories C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3 and C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3. Changing the DLLs name to 'e_dmail11.dll.old' enables to launch the ColorMunki Software without crashing the Windows system.

Note: This conflict and its workaround might adaptable to other EPSON drivers and Windows system environments.
