Answer: You can contact your local X-Rite Dealer or a local X-Rite office and ask for upgrade purchase. For details on upgrade possibilities click here. Please have details of your existing product ready to be able to provide a Serial Number of your i1 or the ID number of your ProfileMaker dongle or the Serial Number of your MonacoProfiler dongle.

Once you have received your Upgrade package, you might need to upgrade your i1 or ProfileMaker 5 dongle. In terms of MonacoProfiler Upgrade you will receive a newly programmed dongle. For technical instructions on how to update a dongle or i1, click here.
