Identical Patches Variation Error

i1Profiler printer test charts contain several sets of identical patches. These are used to detect inconsistencies in the printed targets that are sufficient to cause poor results from the profile. If the software detects a sigifigant different between these Identical patches, it will generate an error instead of a profile.

This variation is likely to be caused by an inconsistent print condition, but could also be the result of measurement error. The following video will show you further investigate this error.
