-Error Installing on Some Macintoshes - "Insufficient Memory"Q: I'm trying to install MonacoEZcolor 2 and I get a popup box that says the "software needs 4096K of physical memory which this computer does not have..." I run on a Mac OS X (10.2.6), 1.4 GHz G4, 2GB Ram...so i have plenty of physical memory.
A: Monaco uses MindVision VISE to create software installers for Macintosh. There was a known issue with computers loaded with
more than 1.5 GB of RAM and some installers created by MindVision VISE. A
workaround is to temporarily remove some of the additional memory while installing the software. This issue is resolved in the most recent installers.
