If you do not name courier company, but prefer to let X-Rite arrange the return transport on your behalf, and at your cost, then we will return all shipments to the European Union (EU) via our “UPS HUB” system. This service includes an “EU customs clearance” whereby X-Rite arranges for the goods to be cleared through customs into the EU (in Germany) in our name – meaning that you do not have to do anything at all, and the goods are simply delivered to your named address in the EU.
